By The Sea

I will sit and ponder on a life by the sea
Oh how wonderful that would be
Walking to my bar
Drinking rum from steel drums

Oh how wonderful that would be

The salty air stings my skin
Strolling through life
With my beautiful wife
Friends together
Lovers forever

Oh how wonderful that would be

Never to leave that humble place
Until I turn grey and finally disappear
Oh how wonderful that would be

To live life by the sea

She walks through my mind, glass imbedded into her feet, her love cut from my soul, distance the problem, inept ability to stay stable, the reason.

"The unbelievable serenity one gets when another falls flat on his face and leaves the woman to ponder on the inept ability and the foulness of the opposite sex."
